Mrs. Debra Njekwa Zama serves as the Executive Director of the Copperbelt Health Education Project. She possesses a strong academic foundation, holding a Master’s Degree in Transformative Community Development from Mulungushi University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, a Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations from Evelyn Hone College, and a Certificate in Grant Management from World Vision.

Musonda Priscilla is a financial management professional with over ten (15) years working experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting and has extensive experience in the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Her experience as an Accountant has strengthened her competence in Budgeting, Grants Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting and Management Reporting.
Hope Mayunda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies with Sociology from the University of Zambia (UNZA). Building on this, she has accumulated over eight years of experience, enhacing her expertise in the field. Her journey with the organization began in 2012, marking the start of her contributions to the team.
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and Public Administration with over 14 years of experience in local and international NGOs. Skilled in community mobilization, administration, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, workplan and grant proposal development, and donor reporting. Has coordinated programs in food systems and climate change, women empowerment, OVC and youth, HIV, and livelihoods.
Siphiwe Ziba serves as an Administrative Officer and Human Resources Officer at CHEP. She holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, with her third year still ahead of her.
Lorraine Bangwe is a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), which she attained from the National Institute of Public Administration. She is furthering her education by currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy at the Copperbelt University.
Lottie Mwale holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology, Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Diploma in Social work and Certificate in Human Rights. Over 18 yearsβ experience in local and international NGOs. With experience in community mobilization and Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Strategic Plan development Monitoring and Evaluation systems and Planning, grant proposal development programs.
Evans Mwape Chinika has worked for CHEP for over 11 years now, he first joined as a community-based volunteer in 2013 while as a full-time employee in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Management and Conservation from the Copperbelt University (CBU), Certificates in Project Management Essentials, Certificate in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Essentials with Disaster Ready Β and currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Project Management with CBU.
Francis Mweemba holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Evelyn Hone College. With 9 years of work experience, he has developed a strong foundation in managing various aspects of business/ social operations.
He has been a member of the Copperbelt Health Education Project (CHEP) since 2021, contributing his skills and expertise to the organization’s mission.
Eucaria Katongo holds a Diploma in Social Work, which she earned through training at Mulungushi University. With 15 years of experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), she has developed a strong background in social work and community development. In 2020, she joined the Copperbelt Health Education Project (CHEP), where she has been contributing her expertise for the past five years.
Tatyana Fisonga is a media and communications practitioner with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. She holds a Diploma in Media and Communication from Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation and has earned certifications in digital journalism from Reuters and media & arts for peace from the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).
Tamara Ngulube holds an Advanced Certificate in Secretarial and Office Management from ZIBSIP. Tamara joined CHEP in May 2019, bringing her expertise and skills to the organization
Cecilia Changwe is a valued member of the CHEP team, serving as a support staff. She holds a diploma in Secondary Education, which has equipped her with essential skills. She officially joined CHEP in 2015 and has since been contributing to the organization’s mission.
